This past Thursday on our day off, we happened to turn on an episode of America's Test Kitchen to observe the making of a seemingly easy-to-make mouth watering lemon souffle.
Lo and behold Nate decided to make us one that same night, just because... eggs, sugar, lemon...we happened to have all three!
